What happens at the end of the investment term?

Investors receive 100% of their initial principal back.

Throughout the term, investors may either take their monthly profit distributions in cash or have them automatically reinvested so they compound. If they choose the compounding option, we’ll return the principal plus every dollar of accumulated profits at maturity. Many of our investors choose to roll over their balance into new deals, allowing their gains to keep compounding from one deal to the next.
